U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes in Washington, D.C., ruled that Trump’s order to exclude transgender troops from serving likely violates their constitutional rights.
She delayed her order by three days to give the administration time to appeal.

President Donald Trump has won a significant legal battle as a federal appeals court lifted a previous injunction that had blocked his executive orders dismantling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within the federal government. This ruling deals a major blow to leftist activists attempting to keep race-based hiring and woke policies in place.

On day one of his return to office, Trump signed executive orders eliminating all “equity-related” grants and contracts within federal agencies. His orders required government contractors to certify that they do not promote DEI initiatives, a move designed to restore a merit-based system to the federal workforce.

Trump signed an executive order, addressed directly to the heads of executive departments and agencies, instructs them to firmly enforce Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c), which says that anyone who asks a court for an injunction (a temporary order stopping a government action) must first deposit money or a bond with the court.

This money is intended to cover potential harm or costs to the government if the court later decides that the injunction was improperly issued.

Any of them that stand in the way should immediately be removed from the bench and prosecuted!!
Excellent strategy and very smart move. We need to put an end to all these activist judges, thinking that they run the country.
I've been saying that for years. Same for members of Congress if they file a suit and lose or it's frivolous they should have to pay all cost associated with.

Judges in those states immediately moved to block President Donald Trump’s order banning birthright citizenship, which he signed on his first day in office.

All three courts blocked the ruling nationwide – something lawyers for the Trump administration argued in their Supreme Court filing is overly broad.

US District Judge William Alsup, a Clinton appointee, ordered the Trump Administration to rehire thousands of fired probationary employees in six federal agencies.

U.S. District Judge Theodore D. Chuang, a President Barrack Obama appointee, today ORDERED Elon Musk and DOGE to restore nearly all of USAID’s operations and to immediately restoration of email and computer access to all USAID employees, including those placed on administrative leave.
Judge Chuang alleges that DOGE’s efforts "to shut down USAID on an accelerated basis, including its apparent decision to permanently close USAID headquarters without the approval of a duly appointed USAID officer, likely violated the United States Constitution in multiple ways."

👉JUDGE CHUANG: "[The actions] not only harmed the plaintiffs, but also the public interest, because they deprived the public’s elected representatives in Congress of their constitutional authority to decide whether, when, and how to close down an agency created by Congress."
