A watchdog group has accused the Council on American-Islamic Relations' (CAIR) California chapter of mismanaging $7.2 million in taxpayer funds intended for immigrant resettlement between 2022 and 2024. The funds were allegedly redirected to unregistered CAIR chapters, prompting calls for a Department of Justice investigation.
